Christina Harper Olivier is co-founder and Managing Partner of Lafayette based company, Excelerant. Excelerant is a professional development and human resource consulting firm. With over 25 years of experience in the workforce development field, Christina uses a "coach approach" to support clients and organizations to improve performance, strengthen operations and reach the next level of growth. As a strategic facilitator, her consultative specialty is working with executive, leadership and project teams to establish and accomplish their goals with excellence. Christina's presentation style has been described as engaging "edutainment."  When she's not helping her clients, Christina is volunteering. She is a Kiwanis Club of Acadiana member and District CLE Trainer, Junior League of Lafayette Sustaining Member, and a Mardi Gras Krewe of Rio Member. She also loves to spend time with her Grandson Collin, 2 daughters, Madeline & Hannah and bass fish with her husband Terence.
