The AI-Ready Coach: Prompts, Practice & Presence is a 90-minute virtual workshop designed for ICF-credentialed coaches who want to explore -- honestly and without pressure -- what artificial intelligence means for their coaching practice.

This session starts where coaches actually are: navigating real uncertainty, real curiosity, and real concern about whether AI belongs in work as relational and values-driven as coaching. Rather than a technology tutorial, this is a facilitated experience built around the conversations coaches aren't having enough -- about what they fear, what intrigues them, and what they need in order to feel confident and ethical using AI as a professional tool.

The session includes a brief anchor talk establishing AI as a thinking partner (not a replacement) for the coach, a live demonstration of an ethical AI use case, a 20-minute small-group conversational breakout where coaches connect and share honestly with peers, and a full-group debrief anchored by the presenter's Four Questions Before You Prompt ethical framework.

Participants leave with relief, connection, one concrete next step, and a clear ethical framework they can trust -- regardless of where they are on the AI adoption spectrum.

Presenter: Kim Beisser, MCC

Kim Beisser, is the Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Change Enablement at Louisiana Blue, where she partners with senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, shape culture, and guide organizations through complex change. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership development, and transformation--helping organizations grow while developing the people who lead them.

Kim is also a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Federation and works with executive leaders who are navigating pivotal moments in their leadership journey. Known for her thoughtful presence and strategic insight, Kim's coaching helps leaders deepen self-awareness, expand their influence, and lead with greater clarity and intention.

In addition to her corporate and coaching work, Kim is the author of From AI-Curious to AI-Capable: The Playbook for Senior Leaders, a practical guide designed to help directors, vice presidents, and C-suite leaders understand and apply AI in the context of real organizational leadership.

Kim is also the founder of AI Made Simple, an initiative focused on helping senior leaders confidently understand and use artificial intelligence in practical ways. Through this work, she helps leaders move beyond the hype of AI and focus on what matters most - how these tools can support better thinking, decision-making, and leadership.

At the heart of Kim's work is a simple belief: leadership is not just about what we achieve - it's about the people we grow and the legacy we leave behind.
