Participants will engage in interactive exercises, including refining a talk title, brainstorming signature topics, and writing outreach emails to secure speaking gigs. By the end, attendees will have a clear roadmap for integrating speaking into their coaching business model, positioning themselves as thought leaders, and using speaking engagements as a strategic growth tool.

By the end of this session, participants will:
  • Craft a compelling speaking topic that aligns with their coaching expertise, engages their ideal audience, and positions them as a trusted authority.
  • Identify and secure speaking opportunities by learning where to find ideal events, how to approach decision-makers, and what outreach strategies convert to bookings.
  • Leverage speaking engagements to grow their coaching business by implementing audience engagement techniques, strategic calls to action, and effective follow-up methods to turn attendees into paying clients.

Dale Wilsher is an executive leadership coach, keynote speaker, and personal development expert dedicated to helping professionals amplify their impact. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, Dale serves as faculty for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Institute of Organizational Management and the Professional Christian Coaching Institute.

As Director of Programming for NSA Colorado and a certified virtual presenter, she has spent 17 years leveraging speaking engagements to grow her coaching business. Dale's dynamic presentations blend neuroscience, psychology, and practical strategies to help coaches increase visibility, attract clients, and expand influence.
