Jennifer Britton, a Professional Certified Coach, is a pioneer in the field of group and team coaching, and the award-winning author of several books including her upcoming book on Coaching + Change as well as those she is really well known for Effective Group Coaching (the world's first book on group coaching) and Reconnecting Workspaces.
As the founder of Potentials Realized, Jennifer has spent the last two decades equipping coaches, leaders, and teams to thrive in complex, hybrid, and rapidly evolving environments. Her innovative tools--such as the Conversation Sparker™ series of cards, dice, and charms--help bring coaching conversations to life across industries.
A former UN and global program leader, Jennifer blends deep experience in change leadership with a passion for creativity, connection, and collaboration. She is the creator of the Coaching and Change™ Certification and the AI (Em)Powered Coach program, and she continues to shape the future of coaching through experiential approaches and future-ready frameworks.
