In this interactive session, Dr. Reynolds bridges the gap between cutting-edge neuroscience and the art of coaching presence. Discover how recent brain research reveals the biochemical foundation of trust, connection, and transformation -- and how you can harness this knowledge to create profound breakthroughs with your clients. Through thought-provoking audience questions, a coaching demonstration,  and Q&A time, you'll embody the learning and feel the impact of co-regulating emotional energy -- the invisible force that fuels authentic connection and client growth. This connection also increases resonance where you hear critical statements and witness emotional expression that increases your competence in going deeper to create meaningful agreements and pathways forward.
