Why I'm serving on the Board: "What the world needs now is love sweet love." Coaching widens the lens of our world view and invites us to ponder what's possible. It's invigorating to imagine a world made more vibrant by purposeful connection, consciousness, and service. It is rewarding to assist in the ongoing support and professional development for coaches and professionals interested in coaching. I am serving on the Board to expand the footprint of coaching in underserved communities and to create increase in the purposeful pursuit of diversity, inclusion, belonging and justice.

Why I'm serving on the Board: I serve on the board because I firmly believe that people are the essential element of a successful organization or team. Keeping this in mind, I view coaching as an incredibly effective development tool that helps individuals realize their full potential. Why I'm serving on the Board: As a long time coach with over a decade of experience, I'm passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves. Serving on the board allows me to support our vibrant coaching community behind the scenes and be of service to our board and our membership. This role gives me the chance to support fellow coaches, contribute to our chapter's growth, and help create more opportunities for learning, connection, and impact across our community.
